The hotel is:

Our small family hotel is located in the heart of Basel's night-life, 7 minutes walk or 2 bus-stops from the fairgrounds Basel and the centre of the town.

Guarantee of payment: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card by beginning of your stay.
Special condition: The client’s credit card details (type of card, loyalty card number, expiration date) are necessary. No change or cancellation may be made after booking. With the booking the client permits us to charge the full amount of the stay by the credit card. The amount ist not refundable in case of cancellation or any changes of dates.
Cancellation condition: After booking we dont accept any changes or cancellations.
Check in Policy: From 02.00pm
Check out Policy: Until 11.00 am
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
CHF 3.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: No internet access available.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CHF 20.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
