We offer the possibility to reserve a space inside the permanent “mercatino”, and an exposition place.
Breakfast is served daily from 08:30 to 09:30, from 08:00 on request.

This small B&B is located in a restored historic building above the Fondazione Patrizio Patelli art gallery and the Caffè dell’Arte.
Only 50 metres from the Piazza Grande, the heart of Locarno, and close to the shores of Lake Maggiore, you can enjoy arts and culture in a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Cancellation Policy
-If you cancel 14 days or less before check in date: we will charge you 30% of the room price for each room booked.
-Late cancellation: we will charge you the cost for the first 3 nights.
-If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in (No Show): If you fail to check in, and you have not cancelled your booking we will charge you the total amount of the room for each room booked.
