The interiors offer a bright atmosphere and are tastefully and warmly furnished. The reception area, hall, bar and breakfast room are situated on the ground floor. There are a total of 34 rooms distributed across 5 floors, with an additional conference room for a maximum of 10 people and a bicycle storage room located on the first floor.
Our bright and welcoming guest rooms are modern and comfortably furnished to ensure a pleasant stay. Most of the rooms are facing south, with balconies that offer a beautiful view of the Gambarogno Mountains and, from the 4th and 5th floors, of Lake Maggiore as well.
As a courtesy to all guests, smoking is not permitted in the rooms. For guests wishing to smoke, we have installed ashtrays and comfortable benches on the balconies.
In the heart of the city, at the entry of the famous Piazza Grande, only 5 minutes on foot from the hotel, you will find our Ristorante-Pizzeria Svizzero, our Bar-Paninoteca “Al Böcc” (sandwich bar) and our Gelateria Nostrana (ice-cream shop).
At the Ristorante-Pizzeria Svizzero we serve Italian and international specialities, cold dishes, salads, fresh home-made pasta, wood-fired pizza and home-style desserts. In addition, from Monday to Friday you can choose between 4 lunch specials that also include, if consumed on the first floor, a dessert or a coffee.
At the Bar-Paninoteca “Al Böcc” you can enjoy our famous sandwiches served hot or cold, 13 different spaghetti dishes and much more.
At the Gelateria Nostrana, 42 flavours of home-made ice cream await you.
