The hotel offers an outdoor, unsecured parking space (CHF 11 per day). Reservations before arrival are not necessary. There is also a parking garage for CHF 20 per day (reservations necessary). The hotel offers internet access. There is a internet terminal in the lobby (free of charge) as well as a wireless internet connection which is also free of charge (so you just need to bring your own laptop). In the rooms there is analogue internet connection (telephone fees will be charged). Pets (dogs and cats) are not allowed in the hotel.


All rooms are directly facing the lake and offer a wonderful view over the lake and the mountains.


The restaurant, the bar 'Le Petit Point' is situated facing the lake with a beautiful view. The 'L'Arazzo' restaurant offers Mediterranean specialities and selected wines. Meals are served from 12:15 to 13:45 and 19.15 to 21:45. The beautiful and sunny terrace is open from May to October Breakfast is served from 07.00 to 10:30. The restaurant is accessible for disabled guests.

By car: - Exit at Lugano-Sud - Drive straight on and at the second traffic light turn to the right towards Paradiso.
