The hotel is located in an affluent district located in the west of Zurich, 11 km from the airport, close to the city centre and directly accessible to main roads.
The hotel has a shuttle service (at an additional cost) for the airport and a car park with 550 spaces (at an additional cost). The hotel's rooms are all elegantly furnished.
It is our great pleasure to inform you that the guest rooms in the South wing of our hotel will be under renovations from November 25, 2007 to May 31, 2008.
During the renovation our North wing remains open and fully functional.
We will do our utmost to keep noise emissions to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 15.00 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs CHF 15.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs CHF 33.00 per person.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs CHF 27.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
