West Stay on A1 Motorway until it ends, then follow the signs to Chur. Drive through the city. Turn left towards the lake. Turn right after the tunnel (Exit Enge). At the traffic light turn left towards the city. Follow the signs to Arabellasheraton Neues Schloss. East Stay on A1 Motorway until it ends. Then exit Milchbuck Tunnel. Turn right at the next traffic lights via (Central) and (Limmatquai) to (Bellevueplatz). Turn right on Bellevueplatz towards Chur, cross the bridge along the lake, first right after The Kongresshaus. Follow the signs to Arabellasheraton Neues Schloss. From Zurich-Kloten International Airport Follow "Zurich City", then "See" for lake and drive along the river "Limmat". At "Bellevue" cross the bridge on your right and continue for 500 Meters. Turn right and continue for 100 Meters to hotel. South Stay on A3 Motorway until it ends in Zurich. Turn right towards the lake. Turn right again and continue straight after you pass the tunnel (Exit Enge). At the next traffic light turn left towards the city. Follow the signs to Arabellasheraton Neues Schloss.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 85.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 13.00 per hour.
